Super breakfast with very large selection, for Italy in this price category certainly outstanding. Free parking spaces easy to find. Location close to the centre.
The shower cubicle is a little cramped.

All the details, none of the fluff
Parking was easy right outside the entrance. The breakfast spread was good, offering plenty of savory and sweet options, including hot dishes. The cozy rooms were surprisingly dark for light sleepers, and the hotel's modern vibe was upgraded with the friendly staff.

Everything is very easy. Parking in front of the house, great view (we were on the 8th floor)

We were in Modena for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was impeccably clean with good location to historical center. The room was large with pleasant view. The service was perfect, that made the property excellent value place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Manager and other male staff who tried to help us with our needs. He quickly sorted out a new room and was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone else.

Cleanliness was excellent. We saw the staff working hard. The breakfast had plenty of options. Especially enjoyed the fresh fruit juices. Location was convenient. A short walk from the city center.

I liked the convenient location of the hotel. Like it on the floor laminate, not cold to walk on the number.
Did not like the hotel problem with hot water. Bad it is active faucet in the shower. The location of the hotel is from the ceiling falling plaster.
